Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pillow Drop order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your pillow or pillow cover arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at pillowdropss@gmail.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including gift cards and items specifically personalized or made to the customer's specifications, where applicable.

Sale items may be eligible for return unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like a different design or size, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
